PowerColor Red Devil RX Vega 56 and 64 ship next week

The first custom-design Radeon RX Vega video cards are finally ready! It took 3.5 months but if you've waited this long you'll be happy to hear that cards should be on shelves within a week or so. PowerColor is the first company to roll out a line of custom Radeon RX Vega video cards, the company shows Red Devil RX VEGA 56 and Red Devil RX VEGA 64 video cards.

Both models share the same design, with a triple-fan cooling solution and modest factory overclocks. The Radeon RX Vega 64 Red Devil has a 1417MHz base clock and 1607MHz Boost. The base clock of the RX Vega 56 Red Devil is unknown but we do know it has a 1526MHz Boost.

We do not have official word about availability or pricing but some webshops are already listing the card. Big German e-tailer Mindfactory lists an availability date of December 8 and is taking pre-orders for 559EUR. In the UK, OCUK lists the card for pre-ordering at a £589.99 price point.

On the other hand, VEGA 56 has 3584 stream processors and 800MHz memory clock speed. Both models have BIOS Switch which has capability to switch from Ultra Overclocking to Silent Overclocking or vice versa for choosing the BIOS fitting your need, faster clocks or more balanced overclock with quiet operation. In order to achieve the best thermal solution, both Red Devil VAGE 64 and 56 equip 3 of 90 mm 2-ball bearing cooling fans.

For protecting from the PCB bending, GPU and its components, both models are equipped with a metal back plate and an additional cross bracket.
