Last week the GeForce RTX 3070 Mobile got spotted and now pictures pop up of the NVIDIA GA104-300 GPU. The photos show GA104-300 GPUs going through a validation phase. The photo was leaked on the Baidu forums but has since been deleted. The validation line shown on the photo reportedly has a capacity of around 1,000 chips per day.
Multiple GA104 GPUs can be seen on a tray waiting for validation. The test program reveals that the GPUs are being validated to the 300 spec, which means GA104-300 GPU and GeForce RTX 3070 series.

The GA104-300 GPU is a cut-down variant of the GA104-400 (supposedly the full chip). It features 5888 CUDA cores, 184 TMUs, and 96 ROPs. The graphics processor based on SAMSUNG 8nm node also features 46 RT cores and 184 Tensor cores.
NVIDIA will launch its GeForce RTX 3070 on October 29, one day after the reveal of AMD's Radeon RX 6000 series.
