ATI R700 drivers not ready, card delayed to late August?

FUD Zilla saw the ATI R700 dual-GPU board running Crysis, the rumour site says the hardware is ready but there seems to be some trouble with the drivers. According to FUD the R700 may arrive by the end of August - two weeks later than expected.
A dual chip driver always has its own complexity dimension, but we remember that ATI did quite a good job with Radeon 3870 X2, so we believe that this tradition might continue with the R700 dual driver.

We deliberately didn't want to jump to any conclusions and call R700 - Radeon HD 4870 X2, as ATI still hasn’t fixed the name. Give it a few more days or weeks.

The card looks very much like Radeon 3870 X2 and the cooler looks the same; just this time the PCB is black. The card should be ready by the end of August, but there is still not any fixed date.
