FUD Zilla scored some information about the names of the 70 series chipsets for Intel's upcoming Chief River mobile Ivy Bridge platform.
We won’t spend time explaining all the differences but we will tell you that the top of the performance market for small form factor is QS77 chipset. In normal performance factor, where size doesn’t play a key role, the QM77 takes charge and HM77 and HM76 will take more of the mainstream market. HM75 is the cheapest and least powerful chipset with some options cut off and all of them are scheduled for aligned launch with Ivy Bridge in March / April 2012.
