NAND and DRAM may be in short-supply in 2H 2020

A new DigiTimes report suggests pricing of DDR4 memory and solid state disks may increase in the second half of 2020.

The site heard from industry sources that there's a steady increase in demand for 5G and server applications.

The result is that supply of both DRAM and NAND memory chips is expected to fall short of demand in 2H 2020.
